Not giving it 5* because the ratchet is too big for intended use and can get in the way. Also, for some cars we need to also use a soft shackle because the hooks can damage leather steering wheels or to extend fit around a thick steering wheel. – Morris E.

And the 3.1 bomber GSS jacket is only $75.00 now you can't really beat that because both jackets come with a hood, inner line fleece jacket and reflective stripping. The only con is the GSS 3.1 Bomber jacket does not come with a Velcro strip on right the chest for your name and not as many pockets as the 5.11 Ems parkra. I had to add some anchor points to my trailer to make them work and change my previous tie down method of criss crossing straps front to back. And wish the loop strap was also about 6 inches longer. 08.29.18 - I was placing an order for our towing company for something I personally didn't know much about since I'm just married to the owner. So I thought this isn't going to go well but thanks to the parts person who answered all my questions with great patience, I managed to buy the right parts and they were shipped really quick and all's well that ends well!
