FEE INSTRUCTIONS: If you want a quantity of 2 or more ODF items, you do NOT have to pay the fee(s) per item, so add the fees for your circumstances to the cart for a quantity of 1, then stay on this page and click how many more of this item you want with no more fees added, so the cart will only add the fee(s) once. After that, you can shop as usual for any other items you want without adding more ODF fees. If you follow these instructions, the shopping cart will only add the Accessorial Fee(s) once per shopping experience.
* ODF Accessorial Fees are charged by the delivery companies, not by East Coast Truck and Trailer Sales, and the buyer is responsible for delivery fees. The buyer must select their fees based on the legal zoning for the delivery address (residential or commercial) and the circumstances the driver will encounter at the delivery address. If there is no truck dock on site for delivery of an item that is categorized as Over Dimensional Freight, then a liftgate is legally required for the courier's insurance and for the safety of the courier. (Acceptable: truck dock, liftgate, skid steer, scissor lift)

If for example, you are having ODF item(s) delivered to a residential address, the fees are:
24-hour Delivery Notification (required for residential delivery) $10.00
+ Residential Delivery (address is not zoned commercial) $45.00
+ A Liftgate Is Needed | No Truck Dock Onsite (required for residential delivery) $85.00
= $140.
Inside Delivery (threshold only) would add on $100.00 to that amount, making it $240.
If the residential address also has gate entry, then the Limited Access Fee $75.00 must also be checked and added to the cart.
In the case that all fees are true, the ODF fees for delivery will be: $315.

For a different example, if the address is zoned commercial, but there is no truck dock or liftgate on site, the ODF fee is: $85.00, so the courier brings a liftgate to the delivery.
